Rachel has more than 10 years of teaching experience and began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer on St. Vincent. She is skilled in delivering evidence-based, results-driven literacy instruction using multiple structured literacy approaches. She holds Massachusetts licensure in Reading, Elementary Education, and Moderate Disabilities, and holds degrees in social work and education.
